RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken – cut into small pieces; 2 breast or thigh parts
Cauliflower – cut
Parsley – minced
Bell peppers – 2 pieces; red and green
Chicken cube (or pork cube) – just half of the cube
Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
Onion – half, cut into small bits
Ground black pepper
Salt
Chili powder
Olive oil –1 teaspoon
Water – 2 cups
PROCEDURE:

1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Medium heat.
2. Saute garlic and onions. 30 seconds.
3. Put in the chicken meat. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add bell pepper.
5. Pour in water and bring to boil.
6. Add chicken/pork cube, black pepper and salt. Simmer for 3 minutes.
7. Add cauliflower. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
8. Add chili powder. Stir.
9. Add parsley. Simmer for 1 minute.
10. Serve.
