INGREDIENTS:
Instant noodles - 2 packs of lucky me pancit canton chilimansi flavor
Pork – cut in small strips
White/green cabbage – finely sliced; 1 cup
Dried anchovies – ½ cup
Soy sauce – 2 tablespoon
Sweet chili sauce – 1 tablespoon (can substitute with hot and spicy ketchup)
Cayenne pepper – 1 tablespoon
Curry powder (optional) – 1 tablespoon
Black pepper – ½ tablespoon
Salt
Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon
Water – 3 tablespoons
The flavoring, sauce and oil of instant noodles
Cooking oil – 2 tablespoon

PROCEDURE:
1. Cook noodles in boiling water. 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
2. Heat the cooking oil in wok or large sauce pan. Medium heat.
3. Add pork. Cook for 7-8 minutes, or until tender. Adjust heat temperature accordingly.
4. Add cabbage. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. While cooking, mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
6. After meat is tender, pour in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Low heat.
7. Toss in the noodles. Turn of the heat. Mix with sauce and meat and cabbage. Set aside.
8. In another pan, fry the dried anchovies. 2 minutes.
9. After cooked, remove oil from anchovies using kitchen paper.
10. Add the anchovies on top of the noodles. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper.
11. Serve.
