INDIAN CHICKEN TIKKA

RECIPE


INGREDIENTS:

Chicken breast – 2-3 pcs cut into small pcs (3-4 cuts per breast)

Chicken tikka seasoning mix (super bbq spice blend)

Lemon juice – 3 tablespoons

Cooking oil – 3 tablespoons

Melted butter – 2 tablespoons

Cilantro or parsley – chopped, for garnish





PROCEDURE:

1. Mix together chicken tikka seasoning, lemon juice and cooking oil.

2. Apply on chicken pieces. Cover the meat completely and marinate for 10-12 hours.

3. After marinating, heat the pan. Medium to high heat. No oil.

4. Put each portion of the chicken in the pan. Fry for 3 minutes on each side.

5. Switch the temperature to low heat. Apply butter on each side and cook for 10 minutes.

6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley.

7. Serve.
