GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

Shrimps – head removed; 12-15 pcs

Garlic – 4 cloves; minced

Onion – ¼ pc; minced

Butter – 4 tablespoons

Parsley – 2 tablespoons

Spring onions – 2-3 stalks, chopped

Lemon juice – 3 tablespoons

Red pepper flakes – 1 teaspoon

Salt

Black pepper



PROCEDURE:

1. Melt butter (2 tablespoons) in a heated pan. Medium heat.

2. Add garlic, onions and pepper flakes. Avoid the garlic to be burn by turning down the heat to low-medium. 30 seconds

3. Add the shrimps. Cook each side of the shrimp for 1.5-2 minutes.

4. Add the remaining butter (2 tablespoons) to the pan.

5. Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix with the shrimps. 2 minutes. Lower down the heat.

6. Add the spring onions and parsley. Mix. 1 minute.

7. Serve.
